On Wednesday night, she debuted a striking new look at the 2024 Victoria’s Secret runway show in New York City, showcasing black hair styled in her well-known “Munch” curls.
Ice Spice arrived at the event wearing a sheer sequin dress, topped with a luxurious pink fur coat and stylish stacked pink heels. Photos of her latest hairstyle can be seen below. This new look marks a return to her natural roots; Ice Spice, born Iris Naija Gaston, is a natural brunette. She shared high school photos during a conversation with MTV, revealing that she often dyes her hair her favorite copper-ginger shades and collaborates with her team to create wigs that match her signature style.
In an April 2023 interview with British Vogue, Ice Spice reflected on her hair journey. “Besides the current curly short ‘fro, I’ve had pretty much every hairstyle in the book. And every time I change my hair, I look like a different person,” she said. She has experimented with a variety of styles, including curly wigs, straight wigs, braids, and swoops. “I tried everything and just got back to square one,” she added.
