Olivia Rodrigo faced an unexpected incident during her final concert in Melbourne as part of her Australian Guts tour. The 21-year-old pop star performed at Rod Laver Arena on Monday night in front of approximately 14,000 fans.
During her energetic set, a tense moment unfolded when she fell through a hole in the stage. As Olivia hyped up the audience and ran across the stage with her microphone, she unexpectedly vanished through a floor hatch that appeared to have been left open from a previous entrance.
Fans gasped in shock as they witnessed the fall, which was captured in video footage shared on social media. Fortunately, Olivia quickly grabbed the edge of the stage and climbed back up, expressing her surprise at the mishap.
Sounding shaken but relieved, she reassured her audience, saying, “Oh my God! That was fun, I’m OK! Sometimes there is just a hole in the stage, OK… where was I?”
