Bliss & Bliss Hair Salon, located on Hagley Road in Stourbridge, is celebrating its eighth anniversary. The milestone was marked on Tuesday, October 1.
The salon was founded in 2016 by a mother-and-son team, Lawson and Jill Bliss. Since then, the business has grown to include a team of eight staff members. Three team members qualified through the salon’s own training program, while another employee is currently in training and is expected to qualify by mid-next year.
Co-owner Lawson Bliss expressed his gratitude, stating, “It’s been a crazy eight years, but having fantastic staff makes all the difference in a business.” He added that their dedicated team not only enhances the quality of service but also improves the overall atmosphere, teamwork, and client satisfaction.
In addition to the salon’s anniversary, this month marks co-owner Jill Bliss’s 40th year in the hairdressing industry.
