Sabrina Carpenter Named Redken’s First Hair Care Ambassador

by Barbara

Sabrina Carpenter, known for her iconic long blonde hair, is now Redken’s first hair care ambassador. The pop star, who has recently been making waves with her music, will soon feature in advertisements for Redken’s Acidic Bonding Concentrate collection, starting later this month.

In a recent statement, Carpenter expressed her excitement about the partnership: “Beauty, and especially my hair, is a significant part of my identity. I’ve always dreamed of collaborating with a hair brand and waited for the perfect match. Redken has been key in keeping my hair in top condition, and I’m eager to share what we’ve been working on.”

Carpenter’s long-time hairstylist, Scott King, and colorist, Laurie Heaps, have also joined Redken’s professional team. They credit the brand for Carpenter’s well-known bouncy hair and bangs.

Severine Breton, President of Redken, commented, “Sabrina’s iconic hair has captivated everyone—from social media to the streets of New York. Her bangs, blonde locks, and blowout have everyone talking. This is our biggest partnership to date, and we are thrilled. Sabrina’s bold attitude, boundless ambition, and magnetic energy align perfectly with our brand values.”

Carpenter recently celebrated a major milestone with her new album, Short N’ Sweet, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart—a first for her. Her single “Taste” also made a strong showing, debuting at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Her pre-release singles “Please Please Please” and “Espresso” reached No. 3 and No. 4, respectively. All 12 tracks from the album appeared on the chart, ranging from No. 2 to No. 41. Carpenter joined Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande as one of the few women to have at least three songs in the top five simultaneously.

Additionally, Carpenter will perform at the MTV VMAs this week. The event, originally scheduled for September 10, has been moved to September 11 due to a presidential debate.

This fall, Carpenter’s sold-out Short N’ Sweet Tour will begin in Columbus, Ohio. The tour will conclude in Los Angeles, with a performance at the Crypto.com Arena on November 15 and two shows at the Kia Forum on November 17 and 18. Redken will be an official partner for the tour.
