Sydney Sweeney has announced that she is focusing on her hair health after extensive dyeing for various film roles. The 26-year-old actress discussed her decision in an interview with The Strategist.
Sweeney revealed that the constant use of hair dye and styling products had severely damaged her hair. She explained, “I’m trying to grow my hair out. I’m on a hair-health journey.” To address the damage, she has decided to stop coloring her hair and has trimmed off the dead ends.
In addition to halting dyeing, Sweeney has made changes to her hair care routine. She shared, “Instead of using hair ties, I’ve started using claw clips.” Her hairstylist recommended this switch to avoid further stress on her hair.
Sweeney also expressed her enthusiasm for Emi Jay hair clips. “I love Emi Jay’s because there are so many fun designs, colors, and sizes. I probably have almost all of them,” she said, adding that she currently has one in her hair.
Overall, Sweeney sees the use of hair clips as a stylish accessory that complements her outfits.
