Beyoncé’s Cécred Hair Care Line Features ‘Love Island’ Star Serena Page in New Video

Beyoncé’s Cécred hair care line continues to capture attention with its latest collaboration. The singer has joined forces with “Love Island” star Serena Page for a new hair care video.

In this episode of the series “Who’s in the Cécred Salon,” Page takes center stage as the newest guest in the salon. The 8-minute video features Page discussing her hair care needs with Cécred’s Director of Education, Dr. Kari Williams. Page shares that her hair has been in braids for over ten weeks while she was filming “Love Island” in Fiji, and she admits it lacked proper care during that time. “It was just cooped up in those braids, so I just took it out a few days ago,” Page says.

Page explains her decision to use braids as a protective style during her time in Fiji but expresses her desire for a new middle-part hairstyle now that she’s back. She also reveals that she hasn’t visited a salon in years, preferring to handle her hair care herself. “I’m just a DIY queen when it comes to my hair,” she notes.

Dr. Williams provides Page with the full Cécred treatment, including the reconstructing mask treatment, clarifying shampoo, exfoliating scalp scrub, and hydrating conditioner.

The video also features light-hearted moments with Page’s boyfriend, Kordell Beckham, another “Love Island” star, who makes a cameo appearance. The Cécred Instagram account had previously hinted at Page’s involvement by sharing a teaser clip following the Season 6 reunion of “Love Island” on August 19. The clip showed a woman, presumably Page, receiving a text that read, “A hot new bombshell has entered the Cécred salon!”

Fans quickly identified Page in the teaser, with one commenting, “Girl Serena I know that laugh from a mile away,” and another asking, “Beyoncé watches ‘Love Island’?”

Page’s collaboration with Beyoncé is part of a broader trend, as other celebrities have also featured in Cécred campaigns. For example, Grammy Award-winning singer Victoria Monet has appeared in a previous episode of “Who’s in the Cécred Salon.” Beyoncé launched her hair care line in February, inspired by her experiences growing up in her mother’s hair salon. She expressed the impact of seeing how hair care can uplift and heal, stating, “Having learned so much on my hair journey, I’ve always dreamed of carrying on her legacy.”
