Breaking Character
So someone was walking around the Con in an amazingly realistic Walter White rubber mask, doing a fantastic impression of his voice.
How surprised do you think fans were when the person wearing the mask revealed himself as Bryan Cranston, the actor who actually plays Walter White on Breaking Bad?
That’s some serious Inception level mind trickery.
As Bryan Cranston walked around the Con floor in his character’s mask, some people stopped him and asked if they could get a photo with him, some even exclaiming “If that was Bryan Cranston under that mask, it would be hilarious.”
Chewie’s Angels
Who doesn’t love mashups?
We sure do, and Comic-Con Cosplayers do as well. The more obscure, clashing and weird – the better.
So while some people might not get it right away, this Chewbacca-Charlie’s Angels mashup makes perfect sense to us.
If Chewie was ever to shave his legs and get his coat dyed in some bright hipster color, we’re pretty sure this is exactly what he’d look like. Finding Go-Go boots in his size might prove to be a problem, though.
Just Hanging Out
Lol. This one is pretty impressive, but you have to admit that these postures and positions make you laugh a bit. Even though these Xenomorph And Predator cosplayers have the outfits completely down to a t, something about the way they are just standing around like this is just so totally human.
However, perhaps this photo just caught them at an off-moment. Because these costumes are truly out of this world!
Phoenix
Wow.
This Phoenix cosplay is amazingly accurate, and the cosplayer looks like her face was taken directly out of a comic book!
This cosplayer, Leia Pond, is relatively unknown in the Cosplay community, with only a couple hundred followers – but we think that really needs to change! If the rest of her outfits are anything like this Phoenix cosplay, she deserves some serious recognition and mad props.
You go, Leia! We believe in you!
