Ronaldo was busy being one of the world’s most eligible bachelors and his next romance was quite unlikely—he became involved withHollyoaks actress Gemma Atkinson.
In 2007, they had a very British first date—they drank tea and watched Only Fools and Horses.
“I don’t know if he’s into it now but he seemed to enjoy it,” the actress shared with Manchester’s Key 103 radio.
But that’s as far as the actress would go when discussing their relationship, even though she was offered tons of money to talk about it when they split.
“When we did split up I got offered so much money to speak about him and I didn’t want that,” she told the radio station.
