The two leads pick him up as a hitchhiker – and freak out when they realize it’s Neil Patrick Harris. But it quickly turns out Neil Patrick is a womanizing maniac…
Dustin Hoffman – The Holiday
The surprising and hilarious cameo by Dustin Hoffman is the cherry on top of this great romantic comedy. And the funny thing is, he did it just by accident.
He walked by the set and wanted to check it out. They then asked if he would agree to a brief cameo, right as Jack Black picks up a The Graduate DVD and sings Mrs. Robinson. Hoffman doesn’t even interact with Jack or Kate, and they don’t notice him, as he shakes his head and mutters at Jack’s goofing around.
