Johnny Depp – 21 Jump Street (2012)
The world first met and fell in love with Johnny Depp on a larger scale on the iconic ’80s show 21 Jump Street. This show kicked off a decades long, successful career for him, as one of Hollywood’s A-list celebs. So of course it was very fitting Depp made cameo in the 2012 movie 21 Jump Street.
It’s a pretty hilarious and unexpected plot twist, as the bearded gang member turns out to be Depp as a middle-aged Tom Hanson (the cop he played on the show), who’s been undercover that whole time.
Brad Pitt – Deadpool 2
This might be the most talked about cameo of the last decade, because no one saw it coming (many never actually saw it at all).
Ryan Reynolds had the brilliant idea it would be fun to use a superstar actor for a blink-and-you’ll-miss it cameo. And luckily for him, Brad Pitt agreed. That’s why you can see this acclaimed actor for less than half a second (eight frames, to be exact) in Deadpool 2. And because Brad Pitt is such a cool guy, he even did the job for free.
