Hugh Jackman – Night At The Museum: Secret of the Tomb
Hugh Jackman in a comedy? Hugh Jackman in any role that isn’t Wolverine? Who would have thought. And who would have thought he’d be great at it!
In the third installment of the Night At The Museum franchise, our favorite mutant suddenly shows up in a small cameo as King Arthur. We have a feeling Jackman agreed to this role mostly for nostalgic reasons. After all, he did make his very first acting debut in a stage production of Camelot, where he played King Arthur.
Jennifer Connelly – Spider-Man: Homecoming
Jennifer Connelly’s small role in Spider-Man: Homecoming is of the more unusual kind, since we don’t actually see the actress anywhere. This cameo is more subtle, and clever.
Peter Parker gets a new Spider suit, and it has this A.I. system referred to as Karen, which is voiced by Jennifer Connelly. An even funnier detail here is that the director Jon Watts called Karen J.A.R.V.I.S.’s wife (aka the wife of Tony Stark’s A.I. system). And Paul Bettany who does the voice for J.A.R.V.I.S. is indeed married to Connelly in real life.
