Kim’s Olympics victory was a huge triumph for the US, and she won awards for best female athlete, best female Olympian, and best female action sports athlete at the ESPY Awards that same year. The snowboarding superstar attended the ceremony in a classy black dress, and could barely hold all the trophies in her hands.

Hope Solo (Soccer)

Hope Solo is often described as one of the best female goalkeepers in the world, and currently holds the US record for most career clean sheets. She helped her team score two Olympic golds, and was also a part of the winning team at the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
