Beginning of an End
The mutual attraction kept growing, but Pratt didn’t want to be the one to break Faris and her husband’s relationship apart. It was actually their co-star, Topher Grace, who was cast as the lead in Take Me Home Tonight who eventually asked Faris why she was staying with Indra after he saw him behaving inappropriately.
When Faris tried to answer, she began to realize that really, there was no good reason to continue maintaining her relationship with her husband.
Now What
Faris then started to really think about Indra’s hard partying habits. Topher Grace’s comments served as a wake up call, and she finally admitted to herself that her marriage wasn’t going well, and that she wasn’t in the marriage she wanted – or deserved – to be. Once she woke up to that reality, she came to the inevitable conclusion that Indra’s chapter in her life was coming to a close, and that the next issue she had to deal with was how to handle the situation with Chris Pratt.
