The Importance of Faith
Chris Pratt took this difficult time in their lives to restore and redefine his faith in God. “The baby was so beautiful to us, and I look back at the photos of him and it must have been jarring for other people to come in and see him, but to us he was so beautiful and perfect,” he recalls.
Pratt had prayed a lot for Jack’s health, and when Jack came through and turned into a healthy baby boy, Chris’ faith was strengthened.
Proud Father
Faris took some time to talk about Jack’s birth on her podcast. “Chris’ face when Jack was being born is unforgettable,” she said. “He was holding my hand and he was just sobbing. I was scared he would be turned off by the whole thing… That was amazing, seeing his face.” It was this moment that made her wish they would have an additional child together.
And although they eventually only had Jack, that beautiful moment would forever remain etched in their memories.
