U/Beboprockss: “At Starbucks I order 4 shots of espresso over ice with 3 pumps white mocha. by cutting out milk I keep the caffiene, but lower the calories significantly, aaand instead of 5 bucks for a grande white mocha I pay 2 something for esspresso. daily, this adds up.
Note: a typical grande iced white mocha contains 2 shots of espresso(I think) and a venti three (I know) so adjust shots accordingly.”
