Liberia’s Winter vs. Colorado’s Winter
The temperatures in Liberia during the month of December can range in the 80s, while in Colorado it’s most likely snowing. So, was Snafu going to be okay with this big change in environment?

Turns out that even if she was born in Liberia, she loves the mountains and the snow just as much as the next dog. So heart-melting!
The Perfect Home for a Pup
Not only does Snafu love playing out in the snow, but she also loves cuddling up with her sisters (Jenny’s nieces)!
Jenny’s sister and brother-in-law have the perfect home for a pup, equipped with a big yard and a warm fireplace to snuggle up with. So even if she’s 6,000 miles away from all of her little chimp pals and the Desmonds, it seems like Snafu truly has found her forever-home.
Plus, whenever Jenny comes to visit her sister, she gets to be reunited with her little rescue pup!
