According to Koleszar, her diet was not the traditional “diet plan” that many fitness fans suggest—in fact, she incorporates a healthy amount of carbohydrates into her diets. She particularly enjoys potatoes—who doesn’t?

As well as making sure she eats a full and balanced diets, that’s not the only way that Koleszar ensures that she gets the right amounts of nutrients to maintain her strong and fit body.
A life on the police requires optimal levels of health and energy, so the super-fit star of the force makes sure she takes plenty of supplements, such as whey protein, magnesium, zinc, and multivitamins.
She also opened up that to get the energy she needs, she eats a full 2500 calories a day—no restrictive diets here!
