In addition to hitting the gym, Shepherd credits her keto lifestyle, which Savannah Guthrie and Al Roker also follow, for giving her a healthier approach to living.

“This is not a fad—it’s my life that is at stake,” Shepherd said about being keto in an Instagram post.

Britney Spears

Princess of Pop Britney Spears may be almost 40-years-old, but the rock-hard abs she was known for back when she debuted in the music industry with “Hit Me Baby One More Time”, are looking just as flawless now and they did back then.

One thing for sure is that Britney isn’t going anywhere anytime soon and that she’s in the best shape of her life. So, how does she do it?

Her favorites are gymnastics, running, dancing, and bodyweight exercises. And she has one person by her side to help motivate her—her boyfriend and personal trainer Sam Asghari. Britney’s even posted workout videos on her TikTok with her boyfriend.
