Khloé Kardashian

Are you really surprised that the host of Revenge Body With Khloé Kardashian, a show that helps individuals recreate themselves by looking and feeling their best, spends a lot of her time working out? We certainly aren’t.

Khloé practices what she preaches and she enjoys variety in her workouts. She never does the same workout back-to-back, and is all about switching things up with running, boxing, spinning, and strength-training.

She even incorporates a recovery day—which is important for everyone to do—into her training schedule and uses it to do yoga, stretch, and foam roll.

Daphne Oz

While you may not have heard of Daphne Oz, we’re sure you know her father Dr. Oz. The mom of four followed in her father’s footsteps as one of the co-hosts of a daytime talk show titled The Chew.
