Mariah works out three times a week and prefers eating smaller meals throughout the day rather than eating three big meals. She also eliminated processed sugar and works with a personal trainer and nutritionist to help her stay in shape. But she still makes time to indulge in her guilty pleasure—wine.

It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Hudson went from a contestant on American Idol to a successful actress and Grammy winner. Do you remember her from her cameo in the Sex and the City movie? We certainly do.

After giving birth to her son, she decided it was time to take charge of her health. She started with walking and then incorporated the gym, riding her bike, and playing basketball and tennis.

Her advice to others, “You have to do it for you. It’s not about even starting the journey, it’s about you. You have to want to do it. And you can’t let what everyone has to say overshadow what you want for you”, she told People.
