Kim Kardashian

Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian has one of the most sought after figures in Hollywood, so what’s her secret for staying fit?

The reality star exercises six days a week with her trainer Melissa Alcantara. “When it comes to booty and legs, we usually work out for an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes,” Alcantara told Women’s Health.

Kim also knows when to give her body a rest—every six months, she takes a two-week break from the gym. “We’re back in the gym heavy! I would say every six months I take two weeks off from lifting. Sometimes you just need a break to recharge and chill but then I miss it so much and feel so good to be back at it”, she posted on Instagram.
