With gyms and studios across the world closed, many of us struggle to stay motivated to lead a healthy lifestyle during the lockdown, but talk show host Wendy Williams used the time to get fit and start eating more nutritiously.

She kicked off the 12th season of her talk show looking happier and healthier. So, how did Williams manage to do all of this?

She credits Pilates, cardio, and a pescatarian diet. Perhaps her best secret is about eating breakfast. “I’ve learned to be extremely healthy regarding morning eating,” she told E! News. “I was doing it all wrong before”.

While she sticks to eating healthily, she indulges in the occasional cheat day. “It’s good to have that one day where you eat what you want, because then you work towards it,” Charlotte confessed to NW magazine.
