Sparks went at her own pace to make lifestyle changes. “I just wanted to be healthy,” she told Shape. “I remember thinking, ‘I’m in my prime. I should be happy and fit.'”

Jordin works out with trainer David Ashley who told E that he does 30-minute high-intensity trainings with the singer and that he likes to mix up the workouts with kettle balls, push-ups, medicine balls, jump squats, and curls.

Well apparently, the singer and host of The Kelly Clarkson Show doesn’t work out, she’s all about clean eating.

“I’m not working out!” Kelly told Extra during a red carpet interview at the CMT Music Awards. “I literally read this book … It’s called The Plant Paradox. It’s basically about how we cook our food, non-GMO, no pesticides, eating really organic.”
