Back when she was approaching 30, she told People she started working out so she could age well. “I just feel like I needed to get ahead of the game. I just thought, maybe if I get ahead of it a little I won’t have to work so hard later in life.”

Five years later, she told the magazine that she’s “terrified” of gyms, but that exercising with her husband Brendan McLoughlin has helped her get over her fear.
