America Ferrera

America’s sweetheart America Ferrera graced our screens in the ‘00s starring in Ugly Betty and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. And we swear that the actress doesn’t look like she aged a day. What’s her secret?

Ferrera credits triathlon training for helping her become healthier. She explained to Health that she did it to challenge herself spiritually and mentally and along the way, she changed her relationship with her body.

When describing the experience, she said, “Not only did I push through it, I transformed my stories about myself: I’m not a runner. I can’t get in the ocean. I don’t know how to swim. I could never bike that far. All these things that we tell ourselves become what we think we are capable of.”

Melissa Joan Hart

While Melissa Joan Hart is known for her roles in Clarissa Explains It All, Melissa & Joey, and Drive Me Crazy, we’ll always associate her as Sabrina, our favorite teenage witch.

When she isn’t busy traveling for work or caring for her three children, she spends time with husband Mark Wilkerson and the two love working out. The couple spends one hour, three days a week, exercising, focusing mainly on weight training. Hart also attends cardio classes twice a week.

“This is a good way to join together and spend time—just the two of us—away from the kids,” Wilkerson told People.
