Who doesn’t remember when Jersey Shore was a huge part of our lives? Week after week, for years we tuned in to see what was next in the dramatic life of the loveable meatball, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi.

Like the rest of us, as she grew older, Snooki settled down and after having her first child, she changed her life completely and started taking her health and fitness seriously by eating healthier and exercising with personal trainers Anthony Michael and Adria Bogosian four days a week.

Her inspiration came from seeing other moms train, “Ever since I became a mom and saw all these strong, fit moms at the gym, it was inspirational,” as she told The Cut.

Kelly Osbourne

Kelly Osbourne is best known for starring in The Osbournes with her family at just 17 years old, and then going on to present on E!’s Fashion Police before appearing on Dancing With the Stars.

Osbourne credits the latter for helping her learn her healthiest habits. “[My partner, Louis van Amstel] made me eat turkey burgers and salads and explained to me that a high-protein, low-carb diet would keep me energized,” she told Shape at the time.

Once she put away her dancing shoes, she decided to continue what she learned from her partner and hired a trainer, went on hikes with her mom, and recruited friends to join her for workout classes.
