June Shannon (aka Mama June)

When Here Comes Honey Boo Boo made its way into our screens, we were instantly hooked to the Thompson family. From the cheese balls to Mama June’s specialty “sketti”—spaghetti that’s topped with margarine and ketchup—the family wasn’t exactly known for their healthy lifestyle.

Following the end of the show, matriarch Mama June decided to start making her health a priority by exercising regularly and making better food choices like swapping soda and chips for flavored water, grapes, watermelon, and apples.

“I’ve worked my a– off, working out getting healthy. And now I feel like becoming the person on the outside that I always felt like on the inside”, the mom of four said on her show Mama June: From Not to Hot.

Lizzo

There’s no denying that Lizzo is fabulous. When she hits the stage she sings, dances, and plays the flute.

Lizzo’s one of the most body-positive celebrities out there and she’s been working out for over five years. The “Truth Hurts” singer even documents her workouts on social media which include strength training, jump rope, and an exercise bike.
