“It’s not easy but I’m telling you, I am not superwoman—if I can do it, anyone can do it,” she said. “And you don’t have to do something extreme. You don’t have to, you know, be in a gym all day long. You just have to be consistent,” she told ABC News.

Jessica Simpson

Pop singer Jessica Simpson has been in the public eye since she signed with Columbia Records at 16. Since then, she’s been busy starring in her reality show Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica and rocking the role of Daisey Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard.

After giving birth to her third child, with the help of celebrity trainer Harley Paternak, the “With You” singer took a holistic approach to her health.

Paternak shared with People that Simpson walks 14,000 steps a day, eats three meals and two snacks, has a 45-minute session with a trainer three days a week, unplugs for at least an hour, and gets seven hours of sleep a day.
