Lynda’s Kids
In January 1988, Lynda Carter became a mother, giving birth to James Altman, her eldest child. Just two short years after that, in 1990, Carter gave birth to her and Robert Altman’s daughter, Jessica.
It seems that her kids get to enjoy the best of both worlds with their parents; while both Jessica and James are trained as lawyers, just like their father, they’ve both received the creative gene from their mother – and Jessica even recorded and performed several songs with her mother on several of her albums!
Small Roles
As time went by, Lynda slowly began to return to screens. She participated in several TV shows and television movies throughout the 1980s, even taking on a leading role in the short-lived show, Hawkeye, in 1994.
But while she did have a variety of small parts, she mostly kept to herself. More importantly, she didn’t return to music – not for a long, long time.
