While today, Nadya has a huge family, she grew up as an only child.
She recently uploaded this old childhood photo of herself. It’s amazing to think that this sweet little girl would one day grow up to be a mother of 14, and undergo many trials and tribulations – but would also be strong enough to overcome them.
Nadya’s story truly is remarkable.
Taking Care of Others
Nadya has always loved taking care of others.
When she was a child, while she dearly wanted to be a mother, she expressed her desire to care for others by taking care of cats.
Here, in this old 1975 photo, we can see Nadya with her favorite cat, Boots – who weighed over 50 pounds!
Nadya loved her cat and still tells her kids about him.
