Jill Noe and Whitney Bliesner were born in Oregon during the early ‘80s as healthy and happy babies. Even though the two of them were born at the same time, they were fraternal twins, meaning that they didn’t share the same DNA like identical twins.

Because of this, the two looked different all of their life, Jill being born with beautiful brown curls and Whitney born with blond curly locks. How cute!
