It turns out that the stools used in a doctor’s office are perfect for the Herrin twins to use around their home. Their father suggested it when they were a bit younger and once they began to roll around the kitchen, there was no going back.
Outside of their home, the girls use other mobility devices. For long days of moving around, like going to amusement parks and the zoo, the girls ride on electric scooters. For shorter distances, like getting around high school, Kendra and Maliyah use walkers.
