Blame Game
Surprisingly, some people had very harsh reactions, but not towards the story—towards the girl’s parents. People couldn’t believe that the parents had let the girl’s hair get so bad and they didn’t notice. To them, this was a cry for help that went absolutely unheard.
“Why would you watch your baby deteriorate like this?”, one person commented. Just like the hairdressers, these people felt a connection to this girl and expressed a deep desire to protect her from her parents and help her mental health. But that was only one group of people.
