No one understands the power of the right haircut better than hairdressers! And 20-year-old Kayley Olsson is no different. A young student hairdresser who was completing her studies in Waterloo, Iowa, Olsson was employed at Capri College Waterloo Salon, working with clients and practicing her skill.
Working as a hairdresser requires years of practice to understand different products and hair types. Olsson knew already that with experience comes perfection. But her few years of practice could not have prepared her for the challenge that would awaited her.
