Both of these women were beauty therapy students and they recognized the importance of a haircut in helping people to feel good about themselves. So with Wenger’s help, Olsson attempted the most difficult option of them all—actually working to untangle the girl’s hair. But even with two people working through the knots, it would still prove to take an incredibly long time.
