Slowly, slowly, Jose was losing everything he had known. His job, his willpower, his hopes, the list goes on. The once ambitious man truly just fell into a deep depression.
“With the depression, I’d basically lost interest in life and the way I looked and had health problems I wasn’t dealing with … I’d ended up like a vegetable, not worrying about what I ate or how I looked,” Jose shared with The Daily Mail. Eventually, he realized something needed to change.
