Being homeless can cause all sorts of health issues. And because Jose wasn’t getting all of the necessary vitamins and nutrients, he experienced all sorts of issues, like callus-like sores on his feet and an ear infection.
But once he walked out of Salva’s salon and the world saw how much he helped Jose, others started to catch the contagious compassion bug and helped get him the medical treatment he needed.
“The help I’ve received from locals has led me to start dealing with my health problems,” Jose further revealed to The Daily Mail. But there was an even bigger issue in regards to his health that he had to deal with.
