When it comes to homeless people, some people believe that you just sleep around all day and live with no true schedule. Perhaps some people on the streets are like that, but Jose proved that stereotype wrong.
One of the most important and basic ways to take care of yourself and keep your mental health in check is by getting enough hours of sleep, on top of, having a regular sleeping routine.
Jose knew this and made it a strong habit to go to sleep at around 10 o’clock at night, and wake up by eight in the morning each day. How inspiring!
