A happy childhood
Kelsey was as happy as any other young girl. She had one particular hobby she loved – she was a fantastic softball player, and her family name was even printed on the back of her jersey. Her family life was great too – despite her parents being separated, she remained close to both her mom and her dad. Most of her time remained with her mom Christin Johnson. However, she would spend days with her dad Schaffen Frederick too – he lived with Kelsey’s stepmother.
Kelsey was a bright child, and although she came from a disjointed home, she ensured her relationship with her father remained strong. She wanted harmony. She also loved her aunt Kelly and godmother Haylee Ann dearly. Kelsey had these strong women in her life, and she looked up to them greatly. She couldn’t wait to turn 13 and celebrate with them.
