A birthday to remember
Kelsey Frederick was about to turn 13, and she had a great future in front of her. Like any 12 year old is, she was excited to become a teenager finally. At last! Celebrations were ahead, and she couldn’t wait to spend time with all of her friends and family in order to enjoy her special day.
